Any information on the Beijing hotel, transport, halal food, place for sightseeing and shopping?

helloo.. gud day...
we would like to have some info about beijing on the hotel, transport and halal food for our trip on 2 to 6 april 2011 (parent + 1 daughter(14yrs).. plus the place for sightseeing and shopping... thanks
