About:Beijing Train Schedule

Dear Mr. Burgett: Thanks so much for your quick reply and provided me with the most useful information. We will most likely take your advise and take a taxi to Tanggu Railway Station for the 8:29am bullet train. Should we purchase tickets ahead of time? How do we go about doing that? Bullet train tickets are much cheaper when listed on the bullet train station....RAM $59/69........but some sites listed the price for USD $19/$21 if purchase through them......Can we wait until we get to Tanggu Railway Station on the day of departure to purchase the bullet train tickets? Will there be a chance that all the tickets will be sold out by then? Tianjin Railway station trains runs every 15 minutes and it will probably be no problem in getting tickets when we get there. But it is much farther away from the Cruise terminal. Thanks so much for your advise!

Yes, it is true that there are fewer trains to Beijing from Tanggu Train Station compared with that from Tianjin Railway Station. But Tanggu station is closer to the port. Since train tickets are always under great demand, you would better book it online in advance.
