About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

hi this is an emergency , i have doubt , i came to china in z visa on december 29.I work for the hsbc software company as a contractor. my alien visa date expired on jan 28. I have all the documents clean and ready. only problem is the date expired for 2 days. since the chinese new year is also coming very near. im afraid there will be further delay ... can you please help on this immediately. its will a great help for me. thanks.

Sir, you are required to change your Z visa to a residence permit within 30 days after entry. Have you get this down? if not, you need to visit your local PSB asap to apply for a exit visa because you have already overstayed in China for 2 days. Possibly, you will be fined RMB 500 per extra day.
