About:Sichuan Travel

I will be in Chengdu in the beginning of April and would like to travel toward the area of the tibetan border and some tibetan towns. Then on to Yunnan province...Shangri-la, Lijiang, and Dali. Are there short tours into the Tibetan Prefecture towns? How can I plan to get to Shangri-la from the chengdu area? Thank you very much
