About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am planning a trip to China this Spring and want to know if any vaccinations are required or recommended?

Secondly, can I apply for the Visa by mail or does someone have to hand deliver the application and pick up the Visa?

Vaccinations are not required, visa application by mailing is not accepted by the embassy, someone has to drop off the visa application and pick up the visa.
