To disneyland, take Tsuen Wan line from Mong Kok station near your hotel to Lai King, change to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay, transfer to Disneyland resort line lastly. The senior discount tickets are also available to tourists. i'm not sure the price of a Mickey hat. There is a restaurant in every theme District, I like the restaurant in the Main Street, USA, where there are cartoon characters to eat with you together. I don't think one day is enough for you to visit Disneyland and Ngong Ping 360.

Take Tsuen Wan line from Mong Kok to Tsim Sha Tusi to take a ferry to macau. If you mean shopping in Hk, there are many shoppin gmalls in Mong Kok near your hotel.

Thank you very much, Mr. Wesley for this valued info. Hopefully we'll not get lost as there are line changes/transfers.

Oh and by the way, are there available maps for sale at any MTR station?

Thank you again!

Hong Kong map? The hotel may give you a local map. As my friend told me that he didn't find any maps for sale in the MTR stations.
