About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

I try to contact the chinese consulate office in sydney and Canberra by phone
but I can never get throught even i have been waiting for more than one hour in the phone. all telephone numbers provided on the web site in useless and all the services of chinese embassy are closed to outsider. if you know someone works in the office, you may get work done. otherwise you can not even make an enquiry.

also you can never make an appointment to get the visa done at the consulate office. all appointment time aways full. if you need to get a visa you have to pay AUD$38.00 more to the CVASC on top of the normal cost. i do not know who they are and why we can not get the service direct for the consulate office????? are they relative of the embassy staffs????

Should the China Groverment investigate to this matter ?

this message may be deleted by some one soon. but i have to say it out.

if this message still on this web site, please comment...

Mr.john, it's true that 99% applicants have to submit China visa application to the CVASC by paying for extra service fee since CVASC started its operation. Consulate only offers service to diplomatic, service, official passport holders, applicants for hong kong visa or Macau visa.

It is almost impossible for applicants of oridinary passport holders to book an appointment with the consulate to submit visa application, in fact, the consulate discourages applicants to submit visa application directly to the consulate.
