I returned a package to Shenzen China on 12/30/2010 and have yet to receive a delivery confirmation. The tracking number is LC472637288US. I need a delivery confirmation. Has this package been delivered and how can I get a confirmation?

I think you shoulde check the status of the package at the post office where you returned it.

I have and it only shows that it left the country on 12/31. EMS says that it is posting, nothing further. Is there any way to contact EMS other than calling? Your reply was not helpful at all.

The package was sent from USA to Shenzhen, China, right? So just go to the post office where you transacted the delivery in person to get the truth.
