What is the best tourist spot that I should not miss in beijing during winter time (around February)? Thank you very much.

You should not miss the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square, Temple of Heaven and Ming Tombs. All of these are typical Beijing attractions which are worth visiting.
