What is the most recommended time to go to summer palace? Can we get there by 3PM? We want to ride the dragon boat. Where is it located, and how much for one ride? Thanks!

The summer palace will close at 17:00 in winter. So, you only have two hours there. I think you need more hours. It can be reached by Subway Line 4 directly, 2 yuan for the subway ticket.
