About:China Embassy in Thailand

I'm going to work in China as an English teacher. The last time I did this I was resident in Australia and got my Z visa there, however due to a delay from the school I wasn't able to get my Z visa before leaving the UK. I've been on holiday in Japan and I'm now in Thailand through till mid February when I have my flight booked to China. I have all the documentation (health cert, invitation letter etc) with me but have heard that there may be an issue as I only have a tourist visa in Thailand rather than a work permit as I had in Australia. (I have a British passport) Any info would be most welcome.
Matt.

you can try to submit your visa application to Bangkok China embassy. If they do not accept your application (with little possibility as I know), you can get your work visa processed in HK.
