There is only one direct flight from Beijing to Jiuzhaigou. I think 2 days are enough for you to enjoy Jiuzhaigou, and 1 day is enough for Huanglong. April is a hot season to Jiuzhaigou, I advise you book the hotel in advance. There are hotels in Jiuzhaigou scenic area.
