About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I just returned to Canada after living in China for 7 years and want to get an Ontario driver's licence. I have a Hong Kong driver's licence but have been told I need some kind of letter from the consulate to verify my driver's licence. Do you know what is required and what I need to do?

Thanks

You need to make your Hong Kong Driver's Licence cerificated by Canadian Consulate in Hong Kong, then certificated by China Consulate in Toronto
