About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I have a brazillian boyfriend who is working in china..im going to apply for a turist visa and i have all the requirements needed.. but what makes me cinfused is the agent im talking to said that i also have to provide my own bank statement w/ atleast 300,000. why is it so big? and my boyfriend already gave me his paycheck t0 used as bank statemment ,can it be used like that?? and d0 i really have t0 provide my bank statement eventh0ugh my boyfriend will d0 all expenses while im there??

please help me with this..thank y0u in advance!

i think its better if you apply on your own. provide documents that your bf has given you, if you don't have at least 50k you can borrow from someone its better to have your own bank certificate or passbook to increase your chances of approval it will tell the visa officers that you are capable of travelling and paying for expenses. if you want it processed by an agency they will require you 300k for the bank cert.

Ms.angel, if you apply for a tourist visa in person, you don't need to provide the Bank Statement with at least 300,000 pesos. However, as I know, if applicants want to obtain a China visa through a travel agency, the bank statement with at least 300,000 pesos is always required because the travel agency is afraid that you won't return to Philippines on time or you don't have enough money to cover your expense in China without work.
