Which hotel to stay in Beijing in Sep? Is time enough for the tour in Beijing within 4 days?

Hi. We're planning to visit Beijing on September 2011. We wanted to see the Great Wall. However, we are thinking if you can suggest where to stay best?. Should we stay at "RADEGEST LAKE VIEW HOTEL" or "Beijing international hotel" Which do you think is better hotel which will be accessible for us going to great wall and other sight seeing places? Can you also suggest tour going to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City,Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven. We only have four whole days available for the tour including great wall. Is this time frame enough?.. Thank you
