About:Beijing Roast Duck

Can I hire an expert to cook PeKing Duck in Beijing?

I am trying PeKing Duck business ,starting from Breeding to Cooked & roasted Duck.
We tried a Cherry valley Strain, but the performance not yet ideal.
Can I have any contact with an expert to hire ?
