About:Shanghai Travel

We are presently on holiday here in the Philippines We are going to shanghai on the 24 to 27 Feb. I have an Irish passport but born in the philippines and permanent resident of South Africa and my sister is an american citizen also born in the Philippines. Can we apply for a visa while we are in the philippines?

I think you can, but it all depends on the China Embassy there.
