hello im going to macau is the free shuttle bus to lisboa hotel im arriving at 930 pm in macau airport is it 24h ours

There is no free shuttle bus from Macau airport to the hotel. At that time you can take bus Ap1 to Macau Marine ferry terminal and then take the free shuttle bus to the hotel. The bus runs to 01:00 the next day.
