About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

My family and I are visiting Malaysia in May 2011. We are flying on Cathay Pacific and have to transit at Hong Kong for few hours. My children and I are USA citizens. My husband is a USA Permanent Resident Green Card Holder and holds a Ghana passport. He is of Ghana nationality. Does my husband require a transit visa to transit in Hong Kong International Airport for few hours?

Yes, Your husband must come to the Embassy or Consulate-General in the consular jurisdiction where he live/work to submit the application, or you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to come to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate -General in the consular jurisdiction where you live for application process.
