hi, i'll b going nex week to Shanghai for 6 days n will be staying at East Asia Hotel Nanjing Road. could u suggest me what is the cheapest and easiest way to get there from Pudong airport coz i heard taxi can't get through there as the place is for pedesterian only. i choose this hotel coz it is the convenient one and easily access to everywhere for the tourist spot.i m also looking for halal indian cuisine around that area n is there any sales happening right now for the upcoming chinese new year ?

You can take subway line 2 from the airport and get off at East Nanjing Road. Then walk to the hotel for several minutes. Beside the hotel, you will find a famous  halal food restaurant named Hong Chang Xing (洪长兴）. You may find some sales at Nanjing Road at that time.
