Hello! Here are few questions I will like to know: 1. Where can I get good Timsum in Hongkong?2. How is the weather like during 12 to 20 March? Will it rain alot? 3. If I have a flight at 1955hr back home on the last day, besides shopping what can I do in the morning and afternoon? I am staying at the Kowloon Area.

You can find many good Timsums in Kowloon City or Mong Kok.  Hong Kong Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/hongkong.htm) in March is generally nice for travel with a temperature of about 17~21C. It won't rian much. You can go to visit the Kowloon Walled City Park, Ladies Market and the Flower Market.
