About:Chinese Embassy in Israel

do i need an entry visa to enter Hong Kong?
do i need an entry visa to enter Shenzen?

if so, do i need to apply here in Tel Aviv? or can i get it upon arrival?

You odon't need a visa to Hong Kong because Israel passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong are up to 90 days.

You need a visa to enter Shenzhen, you'd apply for it in Tel Aviv. If you have never been to China, it is impossible for you to get a China visa on arrival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm) in Shenzhen.
