About:China Visa Fees

I have a one year Visa and am to leave every 60 days for a few hours, I was suppose to leave on approx. September 23,2010;however broke my ankle very seriously on September 12 and have been unable to go anywhere until now. I want to go to HK this week and go through Chinese customs in Shenzhen, what can I expect to pay for a penalty, I will have my doctors report and my Xrays with me as proof.

According to the visa regulation, you are required to pay RMB500 per extra day (at most RMB5,000) to local PSB and apply for a new visa for leaving(Your multi entry visa expires when you overstay in China). But your situation is not bad, they know you are not intended to overstay in China, so, you can re-enter again in next 5 years.
