what is cheapest way to jing an area from pudong airport?my flight lands 3am.
what is the most recommendable district and budget hotel to stay in for a 4 day trip on February?

The cheapest way is to take the airport shuttle bus night line from the airport to Jing'an Temple. You can find a Shanghai Hotel at the city center, People's Square or the Bund area, such as Manhattan Bund Business Hotel, Shanghai at the Bund.
