I am visiting to Jianganan during 3 feb to feb 12 can anyone is kind to advice on what to wear because it is winter and temperature is -degrees Thank

Yes, you are right. It is winter at that time and it is very cold. You need to prepare warm winter clothes like fur coat, down jacket and thick sweater.
