Hi there. I have 2 questions:

1. Do you know if Shanghai happy valley will be open around the 17th-22nd Feb?
2. As with other theme parks i've been to they offer a discount rate if you enter at a later time. (e.g after 4pm) Does this discount apply to this theme park?
