i would like check with u, i decide go 2 jiu zhai gou with my friend on 27 august - 4 sept, is it a suitable time b there? if i dont want follow travel agency, is it easy to get a tour guide at there?

It is Ok for you to go to Jiuzhougou on that time. Well it is summer in Jiuzhougou at that time.  The temperature varies between 13C(55.4F) and 21C (69.8F) on average. Sun cream, a pair of sunglasses, a sun hat and a solar umbrella are all helpful for you to resist the strong ultraviolet rays effectively. Fortunately, the summer nights in Jiuzhaigou are comfortable, with cool temperatures. Frankly, Autume is the most colorful and vivid season in Jiuzhaigou, especially in October. It is easy to find a tour guide in Jiuzhaigou, better be careful.
