HiI am begining to think that perhaps booking 7nights in Chengdu maybe unwise if I plan to, see Leshan Big Buddha and Emishan, breeding centre, I was planning to travel out each day and return but China is a lot bigger than the UK, train journey times start from 13-18 hours nevr travel so long its like flight time of UK to China 17hr.I am so excited, perhaps I should send an email once i know which places to see and perhaps if you may support to work out the best order to vist places its all very confusing to methank you

You can stay one night in Emeishan, then you do not have to go back to Chengdu. 7 nights for thoses places are too much. One day in each place is enough. So,  you still have time to see another city.
