How to go to Macau from Guangzhou or Hongkong? Can I enter Macau and to Guangzhou after backing to Deli with my visa?

I want to go to Xiamen from New Delhi on 24th Jan and come back around 31st Jan.
While coming back I want to stay at Macau for 2 days . How should I travel means Airlines or ferry or via Hongkong or Guangzhou? I have Visa which is valid till 31March ,but I can stay for 30 days and entry is ONLY ONE. In such a case while coming back can I enter Macau and than again to Guangzhou to come back to Deli?

You can fly to HK and then take ferry to Macau.
visa with single entry means you can only enter mainland China once, and if you want to go to Macao for 2 days bofore back, that is counted an exit, you can not re-enter Guangzhou.
