How can I apply a tourist Visa in China and what are the requirements?

How can I apply a tourist Visa in China and what the requirements.

You have to first get a tourist visa to enter China, then you can apply for visa extension at the local Exit & Enter Department under Public Security Bureau. The requirements are similar to ones you provide when you apply for visa in USA
