HI there

I sent a parcel from Shanghai on the 5-12-2010 and although I sent it via air still hasn't reached its destination (Canary Islands, Spain). I track it online but it only says it left Beigjing airport on Dec 6th. Could you help me? The tracking number is this CP214742595CN. Thanks

You should contact the sender or China post to get the truth.

Thank u very much for this. I am still trying to find out what happened. My relatives in Spain have been to the local post office there to see if they had some information but there are no records in their system regarding this package. I have asked a Chinese friend to help me contact China post but if you know the hotline number for it I could try to call and I hope they speak English. It seems to me they have lost it...
