Who made this great wall of China and when its construction started and when it was completed?

soldiers, common people and criminals built the Great Wall. The construction started as early as the Warring States Periods (476 BC - 221 BC) and ended in the Ming Dynasty(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/intro/history/ming.htm).
