Please let me know if International Trade city in Yiwu is opened every day eg Saturday and Sunday?
And what openning hours are?

It is open every day including the weekends except Chinese Spring Festival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) period. This year it may be closed from Feb.3-11. The operating hours is from 08:30 to 17:00.
