I´m visitng Shanghai between Jan-Feb & I wonder if I Can find summer clothing for both adults & children during that time & where?

Also, Where can I shop for women´s clothing in European sizes as I´m rather big-size & know that Asian sizes are generally small. Markets & department stores please.
