About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

We will be visiting China on the Queen Mary 2 cruise, 1 day in Beijing, 1 day in Shanghai, then 2 days in Hong Kong.
What type of Visa do we need? A Single Entry as we will not be leaving Chinese waters between ports, or maybe a Double Entry as I don't think we need a visa for Hong Kong, or the Multi Entry as we are visiting 3 ports.
