I AM TRYING TO CONTACT EMS TOO....  I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE THERE TODAY BY CALLING THE FOLLOWING  011861011185.  BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY TALK TO US BETWEEN 8AM AND 8PM WHICH WOULD BE ABOUT 3AM US TIME.  I REALLY THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.TRY CALLING THE ABOVE NUMBER.   I ACTUALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE....ONCE YOU CALL, JUST PRESS ZERO AND TALK IN ENGLISH.  I WILL NOT BE SURPRISED IF NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN I CALL AT 3AM OUR TIME.   GOOD LUCK

I also ordered 2 Coach bags and have not received them.  I try to make contact with them and no luck.  I have never been scammed before, but I have now.  Shame on you China for scamming people.  I will never own anything from China.
