About:Beijing National Stadium

We will be going to Beijing by January 2011. Can you still go skiing in the Bird's Nest? How much will it cost for the ski rental? Are there instructors there who can teach you how to ski?

Do we need to pay the entrance fee of RMB180 to go skiing at the Bird's Nest?

Yes, you can go skiing there. Mid-December 2010 to Mid-Feb 2011 is the ice and snow season of the Bird's Nest. The entrance fee is not that expansive. It seems to be 80rmb in ordinary days, CNY140 in weekends and holidays to enter the snow resort. Skiing field is outside the Bird's nest. You should pay extra charge if skiing. 80rmb for 2 hours. After two hours, it is 40rmb/per hour. 40rmb for cloes rental and 10rmb for gloves, every time.
