Hi. we are planning to go to Beijing and shanghai on March 18. Will still be cold on that month? Thanks.

It starts to get warmer from March, but still a little cold. The low temperature may be low to 0C in Beijing. Thus you still need to take warm winter clothes.  Shanghai Weather(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/shanghai.htm) may be a little warmer than that of Beijing.
