There seems no direct flight from Singapore to Nanjing, you can make a transfer in Guangzhou(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangzhou.htm) by Singapore Airlines . Then fly from Guangzhou to Nanjing. It costs about CNY150 by taxi.
