Hi, I am from Philippines but holding a student (x) visa in Mainland China. My concern is, I am pregnant but no plan of getting married right now but I want to continue my pregnancy. My boyfriend is a Hong Kong Citizen and as what I`ve said I`m from Philippines.
My question is, is it possible for me to give birth in China with my x visa. If ever I can give birth, what would be my child visa? Or can my child acquire a chinese citizenship since his/her father is a Hong Kong citizen?

Your reply would be a big help...Thanks

Oh, it seems complicated. You have to go to Philippines Embassy/Consulate in China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/foreign/beijing/philippines.htm) in person to get some practical help. You are in Shanghai now, right? You may go to the Consulate General of the Republic of Philippines in Shanghai whose address is Suite 368, Shanghai Center, No.1376 Nanjing West Road. It's siad that the staff in the consulate are nice to filipinos.
