I think the best Naadam festival to experience is in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. it is held 11th of July every year. In Inner Mongolia Naadam is more  about Show, that attracts Tourists. Xilingol is might be the best among inner Mongolian provinces

I think it's in July in Mongolia. I have heard both July & August for the Naadam Festival, so I'm confused on when to plan my vacation for Inner Mongolia.Thank you!Jerry
