About:Beijing Weather

Is it cold in Beijing during the 1st week of Feb?

Is it fine to go to Beijing during February 1st week (during Chinese New year)? I am fear of cold. Is overcoat is enough?

You need 4 layers of dress.Very cold here..

Oh, it is really cold during the Chinese spring festival . The usual temperature is about -10~2C. You need to wear down jacket, overcoat and thick sweater.
