You can take subway line 2 from the airport to the Century Avenue, then transfer to Shanghai metro line 4(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/subway-line4.htm) and get off at Lancun Lu Exit-1 and walk about 3 minutes, you will get to the hotel.
