About:Beijing Weather

What is the temperature in Beijing on Jan 9-16? Is there halal restaurant near Beijing Mercure Wanshang?

hi,I am going to beijing on January 9-16,2011.Since this will be my 1st independent travel,appreciate if u could provide me some information.1) what will be the temperature on 9-16?,I'll be staying in Mercure Wanshang,yinhe street,shijingshan is there any halal restaurant/food near or around the hotel?thanks.

Halal food restaurants are lots in Beijing. Go to the mosque for advise because most are written in chinese

The usual temperature is about -9~2 in Jan in Beijing. It is very cold. You need to prepare warm winter garment.
There are several nice halal food restaurants around the hotel, such as Muslin Fuhua Fen Niu Plaza (清真福华肥牛城) about 150m to the hotel, Northwest Muslim Food (西北穆斯林风味) about 600m away from the hotel.
