I am a pure vegetarian and I do not eat even egg.Please name the Chinese food that is made out only vegetables and rice.I travel very frequently to China and suffer for Veg food. And what to ask for vegetarian food?Thanks for your help.Bye Kannabiran

In Nanjing, there are many foreign restaurants that offer vegetarian foods. You might want to try the Kohinoor Restaurant in the Ramada Hotel, Gulou Area.
