About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

I am flying into Pu Dong Airport on Dec 30 at 4pm and was wondering my best option in getting to The Astor Hotel in Old Shanghai?
Would a taxi directly there be very costly or is the train a better option? Thanks.
It is my first time to China...

It costs about CNY100 from Shanghai Pudong International Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/pudong-airport.htm) to the hotel. If you choose public transport, you may take Shanghai Subway Line 2(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/subway-line2.htm) to East Nanjing Rd., and then take a taxi to the hotel. It costs about CNY20.
