how to have a student visa here in shanghai? coz i want to study mandarin in the university?

Normally, you apply for a course at a university and they will arrange a student (X visa) for you. Just make sure that the university is able to do this. Universities such as Jiao Tong, or Tong Ji or East China Normal are good options.

Shanghai Jiao Tong University has five campuses, Tongji University
has 4 campuses, East China Normal University has two campuses. For the accurated address of these campuses , you can find in the list of Shanghai Universities(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/university.htm) .
