About:Shanghai Weather

i understand that shanghai is snowing now. how long is the snowing? what weather is there in february. i m thinking to go there during chinese new year. will everything- foods/ hotel increase price ? pls advise. many thanks.

The weather is usually cool to cold, the problem is that it could be 15 degrees max and sunny or it could be zero degrees with a bit of snow. Compared with tropical Malaysia this means cold, so bring warm clothing as no matter what the day is like, the nights will be cold.
