There is no snowfall forecast of Shanghai during Chinese New Year(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/spring-festival.htm) now, you'd better pay attention to the weather forecast of Shanghai. It is cold in Fe with an average temperature of about 1~8C. You need to wear warm winter clothes.
