Yes, it is chilly here that the reported highest temperature is -4C today. The Sunworld Dynasty Hotel is located to the east of the Forbidden City. It will cost you about CNY130 to arrive at the Hotel in one hour by taxi. Or, you could take the airport shuttle bus Line 2 (CNY16) to its terminus and then hire a taxi to the hotel in 15 minutes.
